Dr. Yoram Keinan

Dr. Yoram Keinan

In his twenty-eight years of experience in both the U.S. and Israel, Dr. Yoram Keinan has developed extensive experience with respect to international taxation, specializing in cross border United States-Israel aspects. He has earned such expertise serving as a partner, senior manager and an associate in several leading law firms and accounting firms in the United States and Israel over the past three decades.

Dr. Keinan has taught courses on various U.S. tax topics at the University of Michigan, Georgetown, and Harvard University. He has written and published many articles on various topics, many of which have been cited by courts, Congressional reports, IRS, scholars, and commentators.

Dr. Yoram Keinan received his Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) and LLM degrees from the University of Michigan Law School. He also earned a dual master’s degree from Harvard University in International Taxation and Public Administration; an LLM (Taxation) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; an MBA from Bar Ilan University; and BA (Economics) and LLB degrees from Tel Aviv University.
