Adv. Gershon Fink

Gerson holds LL.B (magna cum laude) from the Sha'arei Mishpat college of legal studies and an LL.M in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law in NY.


Gershon joined the firm in 2018.
 

Gershon focuses his practice on international taxation, trusts and estates, banking and general real estate matters. He regularly advises "Olim" (New Immigrants) and "Toshavim Chozrim" (Returning Residents) with regard to their legal issues and benefits. In this capacity, he took part in a delegation of the "Jewish Agency" to South America and lectured on the legal aspects of "Aliah". In addition, Gershon advises foreign residents in managing their assets in Israel. 

Prior to his current position he spent a few years in New York working with Safra National Bank of NY and later at a law firm in NYC.

Gershon was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2007 and to the State Bar of New York in 2010. Gershon is fluent in Hebrew, English and Portuguese.
