Adv. Dana Heller

Dana has an LL.B. (cum laude) and a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M. (summa cum laude) in commercial law from Tel Aviv and Berkeley University jointly hosted program.

 

Dana joined the firm in 2020, became a partner in 2021.
 

Dana specializes in real-estate taxation and previously developed the real-estate taxation practice in one of the largest commercial law firms in Israel.
 

Dana provides legal counsel and tax planning services for clients engaging in complex real estate transactions, urban renewal projects and financing and development transactions. In addition, Dana has extensive experience representing clients before the court, various administrative tribunals and with the tax authorities in all stages of assessments cases – preparing reports and tax calculations, drafting objections, participating in tax assessment deliberations, and negotiating settlements.
 

Dana expertise also includes Israeli and International taxation, in addition to having many years of experience advising clients in their ongoing corporate, commercial, and transactional affairs, with a focus on tax perspectives. This included, inter alia, advise with regards to M&A transactions, Restructuring and Employee's equity-based compensation plans.

 

Dana is fluent in Hebrew and English. She is a member of the Israeli Bar since 2009.
